Ordering/Payment Options:
All orders should
be placed through our secure on-line shopping cart. You can also place orders through regular mail.
You may choose

Credit Card:
Secure Online Transaction: This website securely accepts Visa
and Mastercard credit cards. You will be notified by e-mail when your
order has been processed. Credit card
numbers are not kept on record.
Check/Money Order: You can pay by check or money order by
placing an order over the phone or by e-mail.
The quickest and easiest way to do this would be by e-mail since we are
always in and out of the office. Your
order will be shipped after we receive your check/money order. You will be notified by e-mail when your
order has been received.
NOTE: If you are a new customer and you pay with a
personal check, we have to hold your order until your check clears.

Shipping Policies:
- All orders for The Natural Horse will
be shipped directly from the factory within 2 business days to ensure that
you receive the freshest product possible.
- Occasionally a product may be
back-ordered which will cause a delay.
We will notify you of any delay over 5 days unless otherwise
instructed.
Product Quality Guarantee: Your
satisfaction and the well-being of your horse are very important to us and we
will always try to deal with customer issues in a fair manner. If
you are not satisfied with the quality of a product please send us an e-mail
and explain the problem within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by
either replacement or prompt refund.
Return Policy: Every
product we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If a product is defective or damaged upon
delivery, please contact us immediately after your package arrives by
e-mail. Please tell us what is wrong
with the product and the remedy you are seeking (replacement or refund). We will not accept a returned item unless you
have communicated with us first.
Customers will be
responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless there was a
shipping error on our part.
Please be aware that because of the nature
of the products we sell we do not accept returns of opened products. All products must be returned within 10 days
upon delivery.
Privacy Policy: Information
we collect is solely for the purpose of our business dealings with you. We will keep your name and contact
information on file, for this purpose only.
We will not release, sell or give away your personal information or
e-mail address to anyone. We do not keep
customer’s credit card information in our records unless specifically requested
to do so by repeat customers.
